Coutinho makes dream impact for Liverpool

3 games 1 goal 2 assist's..

Phillipe Coutinho has made a great start for Liverpool scoring 1 goal and setting up 2 goals for his new club after being bought for a bargain £8.5 million pound fee from Internazionale.

The young Bazilian aswell as Daniel Sturridge have been just what Liverpool have been missing this Season with the forward thinking of Coutinho who played extremely well against Wigan Athletic on Saturday in which Wigan lost 4-0.

The 20 year old has great feat and skill, can pick out a pass very easily and suits Liverpools infamous 'tikka takka' style with being only 5 ft 11 and 68 kg meaning he is agility is extremely useful in attack, he is also very good at set peices and when given his chance i beleive he will be very dangerous from free kicks.

Phillipe usually plays in a center attacking position however he is known to drift out wide and was often seen there against Wigan. He can beat a player easily and has great passing ability. His main weakness is his physicality which will only develop as he plays in the Premier League more often.Having played well at his previous teams, this step up to a top Premier League team should give him the maturity to become a top player and with a starting record as influential as this, his future at Liverpool is extremely positive.

Here is footage of Coutinho at his previous clubs, enjoy!
